Next, put seeds into a container and pour boiling water over them, while letting them remain in water soaking overnight. By morning the seeds should start to swell. If not, soak for another 12 hours. 2) Plant seeds appx. 1/2" inch deep in well draining seed starting mix. 3) Use a heated propagator to keep the soil between 75-80 degrees F. 4) Expect germination within 2-3 weeks.
