Partridge Pea Chamaecrista Fascicu 25 Seeds Chill Hill Farms Partridge Pea is the 'mini mimosa' Florida native growing all over the farm. We didn't know what they were at first, but the bees and butterflies knew what they were! Plant these near your garden to bring in many different pollinators! The beautiful yellow flowers in the summer turn to small seed pods that rattle come fall. We couldn't help ourselves - we had to go pick a whole bag full of seed pods. Next year, these will be growing in rows all over the farm! They are great for erosion control and hold soil very well in poor sandy conditions. The birds and small mammals love a great snack too!
