Oleg Teno Saxophone - Silver Plated 2nd to the last horn EVER made by Oleg! Best Saxophones EVER Made This brand new, Oleg Tenor Saxophone was the 2nd to last horn EVER made by maestro Oleg Garbuzov. This horn was fabricated in 2021 at the pinnacle of Oleg Garbuzov's career as a savant / acoustic genius saxophone builder. Oleg horns are arguably the best saxophones ever made from an acoustic and sonic perspective. Oleg was the 1 in 10,000,000 people who had true perfect pitch. He spent his lifetime perfecting the acoustics and harmonic intonation on the saxophone, resulting in saxophones that are truly in tune throughout the entire range of the instrument, both in the fundamental pitch and the overtone harmonics. This produces the richest and fullest sound possible on the saxophone. This silver plated tenor is an absolutely incredible instrument! She sings throughout the range of the horn from low-Bb to way into the altissimo registers with ease, fullness and power. The horn was completed by Oleg just prior to his passing. As both an endorsing artists and close friend of Oleg's, the family honored me with this horn. The horn, as with all of Oleg's horns, is regulated to playing perfection. As one of Oleg's top endorsing artists, I can vouch deeply for this and all of Oleg horns. I am also a Selmer Paris / Conn Selmer endorsing artist. Selmer Paris made me a custom Reference 36 - the only silver plated one made in the world. At the factory in Paris I play tested the horn and loved it. When I got home and A/B tested it against my Oleg, there was NO Comparison. The Oleg horn's tonal quality blew the Selmer out of the water in richness and fullness of sound.
