See the product in action. T his listing is for a "La Var" Eb alto saxophone. This is a solid student level horn for the beginner on a budget. It is keyed to high F# and features a teardrop front F button and tilting low Bb mechanism. It has lacquered brass keywork to match the body, giving it a more professional appearance. It also features some nice decorative engraving on both the bell and neck. This sax came from the liquidation sale of a large music store that went out of business. It is brand new, but does not come with its original packaging. It is in perfect condition. There are no dings, nor any other damage. The lacquer is in perfect condition with not a scratch to be found. The pads are sealing well, and this horn plays easily throughout its entire range, as you can hear in the demonstration video linked above. This instrument comes in a nice light weight case. The case is also in perfect condition. It has two handles and a shoulder strap with multiple connection points. There is a large exterior pocket for music, and plenty of space inside for accessories. Also included are a mouthpiece, ligature, mouthpiece cap, and an end plug. These items are also brand new and in perfect condition. Please note that you will need to obtain reeds, a care kit, and a neck strap separately (I have these items available for purchase with no additional shipping charges if you are interested).
