Description

Up for auction is a vintage and rare used 1922 C. G. Conn "New Wonder" curved silver Bb soprano saxophone with rolled tone holes. The pads and corks are in fair condition and the neck has minor pull down. This soprano sax will need a tune-up to be in playable condition. There are no major dents present, the inner bell gold plating is somewhat visible and the silver plated body/key wear is minimal with approximately 90% of the silver plating intact. This soprano sax has scratches throughout from normal use and and new pads or an overhaul will greatly improve the overall performance. The serial number is in the lower 84,xxx range which dates the year of manufacture to approximately 1922. Included is a gently used non-original wood shell soprano saxophone case(latches function as intended, interior is intact, exterior has minor wear and the handle is intact). No mouthpiece is included, the pictures provided are considered as part of the description and this is being sold in "as-is" condition.
