Description

Travel back in time with this 1982 King alto saxophone, model 613. The serial number stamped on the back of the body is 872,338. Cosmetically, there is typical age and play wear, but it looks okay. There is a ding on the bottom of the bow. King 613 U.S.A. is engraved on the side of the bell. Functionally, the key mechanisms all seem to work. The pads are also in good shape. It comes in a King hard case. The case handle, latches, and hinges all work. It comes with two Novapak reed cases, a Ray Hyman leather strap, a rubber mouthpiece cap, and a metal ligature. The previous owner put a piece of tape on the top of the lid with info about the sax on it. I've left it on there. It's a good All-American saxophone, ready for its next owner. Questions? It will be well packed with plenty of new 1/2" bubble wrap and shipped in a stout cardboard instrument box.
